Going Round Britain
7th July
DAY 3 WE ARE ON THE MOVE AGAIN WITH BETTER WEATHER
Hi we got moving today with the first test moving down to Foyer harbour checking in with the Brixham Coast Guard before and after the Passage the next movement was to Falmouth Harbour this went well with no problems other than the gusty SW winds at 6 to 7 giving us a hard time heading up, arrived at the harbour 1745 and got moored up, refuelling was carried out by Mike and Phill while we got a quick shower before heading off to set up camp, Tomato Soup and Sausages was the best we could do for dinner given our limited time to get things sorted, Lap top dead as a do do and just getting going now at 2330 so this is a short one. Tomorrow we are off at 0715 and heading off past the Lizard and round Lands End – Newquay at lunch time and pushing on to Appledore for the evening stop over. Hopefully i will get time to post some photos tomorrow.
