Going Round Britain

Hi just a quick update on what is going on MrZapcat is looking to hopefully compete in a full season of the National Zapcat Race Series in 2010 with Phill as his co pilot [no one beats him on guts and determination to win] we are also rebuilding the Around Britain boats and engines with some modifications to the rear to accommodate new mountings for the radio and sat-nav housings this should eliminate the problems we had with the water affecting all the electrical equipment.
We hope to be out testing this early in the new year.
I have started to plot a new challenge but we won’t go into that at the moment as it makes going round Britain look like a stroll round the park!!
Engines we have several engines in for building and lots of development work underway on improving the power and torque delivery within the race regulations , to quantify this we are looking to install our own in house engine dynamometer early in the new year, this will eliminate any guess work and make the fault finding process a much quicker and more effective solution, giving a big advantage to reliability and performance.
